My children have a syndrome that we believe predisposes them to vaccine damage, which in our son we believe has caused a severe disability.
We therefore aren’t able to vaccinate our children with the covid vaccine, but as parents have both been vaccinated.
We are worried about what the future holds in particular for our daughter who is not as severe, will hopefully end up in employment and will want to go to the cinema etc.
We will definitely print off the certificate and fill that in.
